  • Exit plans and Investors:  Difference in filing strategies based on company growth plans.
  • Lessons learned from past startups & strategies for future IP success. (Facebook, Rockstar, GoPro, BestBuy & Techforward, Nest & Honeywell, Microsoft & i4i, etc.)
